Hydraulic Lifts

Beech hydraulic vertical reciprocating conveyors offer a durable and economical means for lifting materials to mezzanines and other two-level applications requiring moderate duty cycles.

All of our hydraulic vertical reciprocating conveyors are built to last with wide flange structural uprights, heavy-duty chains and pillow block bearings, and a common torsion shaft for our dual-cylinder design. Standard safety features include safety cams and velocity fuses to prevent uncontrolled descent of the lifting carriage in the unlikely event of a chain or hydraulic hose failure.

Beech hydraulic vertical reciprocating conveyors are available with standard capacities of up to 6,000 pounds and travels up to 24’. They are also available in both a straddle-type (MLH-Series) and cantilever-type (MLHC-Series) design.

MLH - Series Hydraulic VRC

The Beech MLH-Series hydraulic vertical reciprocating conveyor is a two-post straddle-type lift that is ideal for mezzanines and other two-level applications. The MLH-Series, as with all our vertical reciprocating conveyors, can be custom engineered to meet your exact needs.

• Standard capacities up to 6,000 pounds.
• Standard vertical travels up to 24 feet.
• Standard carriage sizes up to 10 feet by 10 feet.
• Standard speed of 20 feet per minute.
• Available in both "C" and "Z" loading configurations.
• Velocity fuses to prevent uncontrolled descent in the unlikely event of a hose failure.
• Locking Cams to prevent uncontrolled descent in the unlikely event of a chain failure.
• Pressure relief valve to prevent damage due to accidental overloading.
• Heavy-duty chains, sprockets, and bearings for long lasting design.
• Remote power unit for convenient placement.

MLHC - Series Hydraulic VRC

The Beech MLH-Series hydraulic vertical reciprocating conveyor is a two-post cantilever-type lift that is ideal for mezzanines and other two-level applications. Cantilever design supports 90⁰ loading and allows for a smaller overall footprint than a straddle-type of similar specifications. The MLHC-Series, as with all our vertical reciprocating conveyors, can be custom engineered to meet your exact needs.
